GeniusCore is operated by Corenox Embedded Systems LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”) at www.geniuscores.com (the “Site”) via the Shopify platform. This Payment Policy (the “Policy”) governs the payment process for products and services purchased through the Site, in compliance with Texas consumer protection laws (including the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act), Google Merchant Center requirements, and Shopify standards. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

Article 1: Accepted Payment Methods

1.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment gateway and authorized payment processors. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. Shopify and its processors handle payment data in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

Article 2: Pricing and Taxes

2.1 Pricing Transparency

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Taxes and shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated and shown before you confirm your order. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

2.2 Taxes

We collect sales tax where we have a tax obligation, including Texas, based on the shipping address shown at checkout. International orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Duties and import taxes are included at checkout. Customers do not pay customs fees on delivery.

2.3 Price Errors

If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel or refuse the order. If payment has already been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within seven (7) business days.

Article 3: Payment Authorization and Verification

3.1 Immediate Payment Capture

All payments are charged in full immediately at checkout. By submitting payment, you authorize us (via Shopify’s payment gateway) to immediately capture the total amount, including product price, applicable taxes, and shipping fees, to your selected payment method.

3.2 Verification

We may perform verification checks to prevent fraud or unauthorized transactions. Orders may be delayed or canceled if verification cannot be completed.

Article 4: Order Confirmation and Processing

4.1 Confirmation

After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and purchase summary. Payment confirmation reflects a completed charge at checkout. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, check spam/junk folders or contact us.

4.2 Failed Payments

If a payment fails or is declined, we may notify you using your contact details. If an alternative payment method is not provided, the order may be canceled.

Article 5: Refunds and Cancellations

5.1 Refund Process

Refund eligibility and conditions are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven (7) business days of approval. Your bank/provider may take additional time (typically 5–10 business days).
