2–4 business days handling after order cut-off

Custom / configured builds may require additional time (communicated at checkout or by email)

2. Transit Time

6–12 business days in transit to destination
Carriers operate Monday–Saturday

3. Total Delivery Time

Total estimated delivery: 8–16 business days from order acceptance to delivery for supported destinations (handling + transit).

Remote locations, customs inspections, weather, or carrier delays can extend delivery beyond this estimate.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated by package weight (pounds) at checkout. Product weights in our catalog are maintained in pounds for accurate rate calculation. Where offered, checkout rates use DHL DDP Delivery weight bands.

5. Duties & Taxes

Orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Duties and import taxes are included at checkout. Customers do not pay customs fees on delivery.
