Return & Refund Policy

Corenox Embedded Systems LLC operates geniuscores.com. This policy defines return and refund conditions for Google Merchant Center and international orders.

1. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery for new products.

2. Eligibility

• Item must be unused and in original condition (new only)
• Order confirmation / proof of purchase required
• RMA approval required before shipping any return

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-built or made-to-order products
• Digital products / licenses
• Gift cards

4. Return Process

Contact sales@geniuscores.com to start a return. Approved returns receive an RMA number and prepaid return-label instructions.

5. Return Shipping (Free)

For all approved returns within the 30-day window (defective and non-defective), we provide a free download-and-print return label. Return shipping is free to the customer. No restocking fee.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Free replacement, or
• Full refund

7. Inspection & Refund Timing

Returns are inspected within 3 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are issued within 7 days after approval. Customers may request exchange/replacement instead of a refund when stock allows.

8. International Returns

Approved international returns use the same free prepaid label process to our designated return facility. For returns due to our error, related duties/taxes we can recover are also covered by us.

9. Shipping Model

Outbound orders ship from our Shenzhen, China fulfillment warehouse Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Duties and import taxes are included at checkout. Customers do not pay customs fees on delivery. Estimated delivery is 8–16 business days (see Shipping Policy).
