This Return and Refund Policy (the “Policy”) governs product returns and refunds in accordance with Texas consumer protection laws, Shopify standards, and Google Merchant Center requirements.
Article 1: Return Eligibility and Timeframe
1.1 Return Request Period
Return requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the order is delivered. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
1.2 Eligibility Conditions
- RMA Required: A Return Merchandise Authorization must be approved before any return.
- Product Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in original condition.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or confirmation email is required.
- Packaging: Original or equivalent protective packaging is mandatory.
1.3 Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-built or made-to-order products (unless defective or shipped incorrectly)
- Digital products, software licenses, or downloadable items
- Gift cards or vouchers

Article 2: Return Process
2.1 Return Authorization
To request a return, customers must contact sales@geniuscores.com with their order number and reason for return. Approved requests will receive an RMA number and return instructions.
2.2 Return Shipping Responsibility
If the return is due to a confirmed defect or incorrect shipment, return shipping costs are covered by us. For all other approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 3: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Orders must be inspected immediately upon delivery. Any damage, defect, or incorrect item must be reported within seven (7) calendar days of receipt.
- Replacement with the same or equivalent product, or
- Full refund to the original payment method
Article 4: Refund Process
4.1 Inspection
Returned items are inspected within three (3) business days after receipt.
4.2 Refund Issuance
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven (7) business days after inspection approval. Banks or payment providers may require an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the refund.
4.3 No Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Approved returns are refunded only, and a new order must be placed for replacement products.
